She will be your first point of contact to coordinate all of your postpartum care. UNLIMITED POSTPARTUM COACH PROFESSIONAL APPOINTMENTS We take the guesswork out of getting the help you need. With Eden Berry, you can book lactation, sleep coaching, and midwife appointments directly on our app and often get same-day appointments. DAILY TRACKERS FOR MAMA MOOD, SLEEP, FEEDING, AND DIAPER The Eden Berry app is a one-stop shop for new mothers. We provide separate trackers for baby sleeping, feeding (whether nursing or bottle feeding), and diaper type. Additionally, our platform provides roll-up reporting so that you have a complete picture of how your new baby is progressing. We also allow new mothers to track their mood to help indicate whether or not a perinatal mental health assessment is recommended. If so, Eden Berry will actually pay for your first visit and provide a referral! GUIDES AND COURSES In addition to daily guides that are relevant to your prenatal or postpartum journey, we provide several long form guides to help you journey through relevant courses that will prepare you for your postpartum journey. MEAL PREP ASSISTANCE We have meal prep programs no matter what your goals are. Included in your postpartum concierge package are prenatal meal prep programs and staged postpartum eating plans that you can customize based on your dietary preferences, goals, and lifestyle. PRENATAL AND POSTPARTUM EXERCISE We provide a number of prenatal and postpartum exercise programs right within our app that you can use to achieve your fitness and wellness goals. SUPPLEMENTATION We send you samples of postpartum supplementation that we believe are ideal to helping you recover faster. These products are also included in your subscription at no additional cost.
