NDSD-1254 Switch Between Apps On the Mobile Device Mobile users are now able to minimize the app and rejoin the session without having to log back in. NDSD-1252 Filter Mobile Session List by Session Status Mobile users are able to filter the session list view based on session status value Patches File uploads are now conducted in a queue to improve overall system performance.

NDSD-1253 Optimize Mobile Checklist The mobile app is now optimized to better support large checklists. Checklists with more then 100 rows will load much more quickly than previously possible. NDSD-1252 Automatically Group Checklist Rows by Sector Column with Accordion Mobile Mobile users are now able to group rows by the value defined in the sector column.

Mobile users are now able to see a percentage value in the session list view which represents the percent of the checklist that has been assigned a passing status value. The percentage remains at 99% or less until a user with Host, Alternate Host or Session Editor user assigns the session a completed status value. Version 2.24 corrects an issue that caused the calendar date to display under the incorrect day.

The Remote Access 2.23 Mobile app adds greater flexibility for Row Label prefixes in uploaded and recorded media files.

The Remote Access 2.21 mobile release includes several functionality enhancements and bug fixes. The following new features are available: VI Value Column and Accepted and Rejected Snippet Comments Mobile users can view the results of VI analysis within the checklist interface. Users can click on a question mark to see the reasons for a passing or failing status value. For relevant VI use case models, users can see the returned value.

The mobile app no longer relies on a Session End Date to display available sessions. Access to More Sessions and Pagination Any available session is visible within the Mobile Session List view. The Remote Access version 2.17 update allows for integration with SiteTracker. Users are able to instantiate Remote Access sessions from within SiteTracker. This allows for the seamless population of Remote Access session details, along with inspection checklists from SiteTracker’s database. In addition, users are now able to conduct daily and ad hoc Operational Health and Safety inspections utilizing different checklists from within the same Remote Access session.

Remote Access Version 2.16 includes updates to the user checklist experience Stop Checklist Auto-scrolling - After uploading a file within the mobile checklist view, the checklist no longer refreshes and scrolls the view to the first row of the checklist. Prevent Participants from Deleting Files After Status - Participant role users are no longer able to delete files uploaded from their account after a row status value has been assigned by a host.

Remote Access Version 2.15.1 includes updates to the user login experience. Improved login The login corrects a bug where the login screen status would occasionally spin endlessly until the app was force quit.

Enhanced Session Creation and Session Type Functionality Release streamlines the session types available in session creation. Now customer status and comments are available in every session type. Mobile Users Can Filter Mobile Checklist for Every Status Value Mobile users are now able to filter every type of status value within Checklist rows. If the user tries to filter for any checklist rows statuses that had not been assigned, they receive a notification.

Remote Access Version 2.14 includes user enhancements to ensure optimal system performance. Hyperlink directs mobile users to the app. Ericsson Remote Access mobile users are now able to launch the Remote Access app by clicking on a hyperlink in the email. If the mobile app is not installed, the user will be directed to install the mobile app. Update App Alerts When mobile users attempt to launch an outdated version of the Remote Access mobile app, they receive a popup notification that the app needs to be updated.

Improved GPS Coordinate Support -Ensure that GPS coordinates are embedded in every photo. -Allows to obtain the latitude and/or longitude data regardless of whether the coordinates are available at the exact time of upload or not. -New failsafe has been implemented to store a cache of the mobile device’s location during a working session within the session file folder or Active Session view. -Better support for poor connectivity or poorly performing GPS hardware.
