Eron has now full iPhone Duo Support: Tailored experiences across all folding postures, including dual-column Book Mode, fullscreen flat view, and tabletop Clamshell mode. Also new in this version of Eron: • Project Assignments: Quickly assign or move chats to projects via long-press directly in the sidebar. • Interface & Scroll Refinements: Edge-to-edge status bar transitions, perfectly aligned sidebar controls, and smoother response streaming. • Stability & Performance: General bug fixes and UI polish throughout the app.

Eron got a big rebuild. The highlights: • New sidebar: All chats, projects and search, one swipe from the left edge away. • More models: Ollama, OpenAI compatible servers, Anthropic, or a model right on your device. • Attachments: Photos you attach reach the model, and sharing from Photos or Files lands in your current chat. • Better assistants: Calendar, reminders and home questions get answered in plain language, and Eron asks before switching a device or deleting anything. • Flexible web search: Choose between DuckDuckGo, your own SearXNG instance or Brave. • Easier setup: Eron finds an Ollama server on your own network without you typing an address. • Fixes: A crash on launch, empty replies, and lost messages in iCloud sync.

Version 1.3 brings Projects to Eron. You can now create projects, assign a dedicated system prompt to each one, and keep your chats organized by topic or workflow. Chat backgrounds are also new: choose from three styles. You'll find the setting under Personalization. AI output now streams instantly as your endpoint sends it, with no delay between generation and display. On top of that, many small improvements make the app faster and more reliable overall. Thank you for all the support and feedback. I'll keep working to make Eron even better. If you enjoy the app, a rating in the App Store would mean a lot.

Minor bug fixes.

This is the biggest update yes, it introduces native integrations with your iOS Calendar, Reminders, Mail, and Home Apps. You can connect these integrations directly within the settings and decide at any time what the assistant is allowed or not allowed to access. Nothing is enabled by default, and access only happens when you explicitly allow it. The app now also supports OpenAI-compatible API keys, making it easier to connect to a wider range of models and setups. The setup experience has been simplified to make getting started faster and more straightforward. Message rendering has been improved for better clarity, and animations are now smoother and more responsive. This update also includes various bug fixes and overall stability improvements.
