Points represent locations that are to be visited by Operators using the PDA's to collect data while on a Route. In general, Points have a one-to-one correspondence to barcodes or NFC tags that are located physically throughout a facility. Because Questions are tied to routes points, scanning a particular barcode brings up a list of questions that the Operator is to answer at that Point.
Points have Point IDs and Point Descriptions (ex: "Building 1 Stairwell" or "Fire Extinguisher"), and are associated with a particular Route. Points have Questions 'attached' to them that are to be answered when the Operator scans a particular location code. For example, an Operator might scan a Point with a description 'Fire Extinguisher', and the question to be answered might be: "Is the extinguisher fully charged?"

FlexPatrol provides one intuitive easy to configure solution for officer patrols and tours.
This powerful tool doesn’t stop with simple questions. Logic streams allow for user defined immediate response and direction. Incident data is captured immediately stepping the user through your defined standard operating procedures " SOP's”.
Daily activity reports are generated automatically. Special reports are configured to your requirements. Incidents, free format notes and non-default answers can generate automated emails or SMS messages to management or other departments for action.
