Focuslancer — Deep Work Timer

FocusLancer is a focus timer for people who are paid by the hour. Most timers count minutes. This one counts money. Pick the client, pick a work block, and press start — the earnings climb beside the clock, live, so an afternoon of deep work stops being a vague feeling and becomes a number you can put on an invoice. THE CLOCK DOESN'T NEGOTIATE Every second is derived from the wall clock, not from a ticker that has to keep running. Lock the phone, get a call, let iOS suspend the app, come back an hour later — the time is exactly right, because nothing was ever counting. Change the device clock and the session refuses to be fooled. BUILT FOR THE WAY FREELANCE WORK IS ACTUALLY BILLED • Hourly, fixed-price, monthly retainer — or unpaid, for your own projects • A per-project currency, so a client in euros and a client in dollars never end up in the same total • Fixed fees and retainers spread across the hours you actually worked, so you can see what an hour of a flat-fee job really paid LIVE WHERE YOU CAN SEE IT • A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, counting without draining anything • Home Screen widgets for the streak, the week and the heatmap • Pause, resume and finish without opening the app THREE RHYTHMS, OR YOUR OWN • Micro Sprint — 15 minutes for the admin you keep postponing • Deep Work — 50 on, 10 off, repeating • Flow State — counts up until you decide to stop • Or set your own focus and break lengths THE RECORD, NOT THE VIBE • A 13-week heatmap of every day you worked • Streaks, personal records and a weekly hour goal • Sessions you forgot to start can be entered by hand — and are marked as entered, never quietly mixed in with measured ones • Export a date range as CSV or a PDF a client can be invoiced from PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your clients, rates and hours stay on your device. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded. FocusLancer Pro unlocks unlimited projects, reports and export. One project is free, forever, with no time limit. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Lifetime is a one-off purchase and does not renew.
