The entire process of Request to Fulfilment to Billing is fully digitised helping all in the process with higher efficiency giving real time transparency of the transactions being done.
Major Features & Functionality of GARRUDA App & Web :
1. Manage Credit Sales to Account Holders from Corporate, Government Clients, etc. This can be done from the APP thru paperless mode of Digitised process and also thru Manual Slips captured by the DSM on APP
2. Effectively manage Credit Limits given to customers taking into account - Bills Issued Pending for Payment, Deliveries Done Pending for Billing, Requests by Customer Pending for Deliveries
3. Customer can manage his own Vehicles & Drivers and Also the process of raising requests(orders) for Fuel & Lubes, Other Items and services.
4. Customer can also see summary of his account status with the RO on APP
