The app is designed to promote transparency and remove misunderstandings between MSP and customer. Bluu will solve problems for MSP: • Failing to deliver consistent quality service • Incoherent/mismatch between systems and licenses • Delivered services not aligned with contract • Under- or over-invoicing • Communication is old fashioned and slow, e-mail or phone based • Verbal and non-structured communication leaves room for errors • Time consuming and not user friendly • MSPs are viewed as an expense not adding value • Customers are not getting value beyond the individual products being sold • MSPs are struggling to achieve a higher paying advisory role Resource constraints means there is an untapped value in MSPs Resolve problems for end user: • Don’t get what they pay for • Mismatch between what customers pay for and which services are delivered • Don’t know what they have or why they have it • Are not aware of what licenses they have and who’s consuming them • Do not know what hardware they have, who is using it, if it's lost or stolen etc. • Does not know what the products and services do for their business • Communication issues • Rely on e-mail or phone to contact MSP • Onboarding and offboarding of employees takes time, is prone to errors • Users are not regularly updated on progress of troubleshooting
