Intel Unison will soon be discontinued. The first step in its wind-down process is ending service for most platforms at the end of June 2025. Lenovo Aura PCs will retain service.

Instructions:
1. Install Unison app on your phone or tablet
2. Find the Intel Unison PC app on your new PC or install it from the Microsoft app store
3. Launch the Intel Unison apps on your PC and mobile device and follow the instructions

Por otro lado, asegúrese que la PC como y el móvil estén conectados a la misma red WiFi, ya que esto puede mejorar la conectividad. Si tu PC está conectado a una red corporativa gestionada por TI, las reglas de firewall o las políticas de red pueden causar retrasos o interrupciones. También te recomendamos desactivar cualquier VPN mientras usas la aplicación Intel® Unison™, ya que a veces pueden reducir la velocidad de los datos o causar interrupciones en la conexión.
Asimismo, te aconsejamos mantener actualizado tu controlador de Bluetooth, el sistema operativo Windows 11 y la aplicación Unison™ para un mejor rendimiento.
