What was formerly “Classroom” is now “Announcements” to better represent where to find centralized class communication. “People” is now “Classroom” to better represent how Kiddoms digital experience correlates to an in-person class.

What’s new: Moderation Tools for Kiddom Live: Teachers now have access to a full suite of moderation tools and students have access to new interaction tools when using Kiddom Live from the Kiddom app. Students can raise and lower their hands. Teachers can clear the raised hand queue, turn off participant audio and video, and remove students from the Kiddom Live session. These enhancements make it easier to manage virtual classes. See Kiddom Live Participants: Now, teachers can see all participants in a Kiddom Live session, making it easy to visually check attendance. Use Chat During Live Call: During a 1:1 Kiddom Live session, participants now have access to a Chat, to share links, images, and text.
