MapswitchPro is the ultimate map companion for Safari on iOS and macOS. Tired of being forced into a specific mapping service? MapswitchPro gives you total control over how you interact with location data and physical addresses on the web.
Whether you prefer the native experience of Apple Maps, the real-time traffic of Waze, or the open-source community of OpenStreetMap, MapswitchPro seamlessly redirects any Google Maps link to your preferred application.
Key Features:
- Universal Redirection: Automatically open Google Maps links in Apple Maps, Waze, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, or DuckDuckGo Maps.
- Privacy Shield: Protect your search history and location data. MapswitchPro automatically strips tracking parameters (like utm_source, gclid, and others) from URLs before redirecting, preventing cross-site trackers from following your every move.
- Smart Link Interception: Supports short links (goo.gl, maps.app.goo.gl) and deep links, ensuring you never end up in a web-view when you want to be in your favorite app.
- Recent Redirects History: Access a secure, local history of recently visited locations and redirected links.
- Native Experience: A beautifully designed iOS app for managing settings, reviewing history, and customizing your maps experience.
- Privacy First: MapswitchPro does not collect, store, or transmit your location data. All link processing and history management happens locally on your device and syncs securely via iCloud.
