Mobile ZAC 2.0 includes performance improvements with a faster startup and an upgraded user experience: • Department Filtering: Filter the company contact list by department or sub-department and hide system services like auto attendants and call groups to reach the right people faster. • iOS Recents Integration: Mobile ZAC calls appear in the native iOS Phone app Recents tab with callback support, and users can start calls directly from external apps such as Contacts or Mail using Mobile ZAC as the dialer. • Feature Enhancements: This update displays more caller details for voicemail messages, improves handling of landscape orientations, provides the ability to copy SMS in chats, and offers better conference sorting.

This update includes performance improvements and new functionality: • Single Sign-On (SSO) Support: Users can log into Mobile ZAC and connected apps using a single set of credentials, eliminating the need to juggle multiple passwords or perform repeated logins. • Silent Reconnect Notifications: The “Reconnect” push notification has been updated to be silent, minimizing interruptions while maintaining reliability.

This update includes several performance enhancements for faster load times and responsiveness as you move throughout the application, as well as the following maintenance fixes: • The interface to select roles when sending outbound SMS now only appears when the user is assigned with at least one agent role that has SMS enabled. • External contacts that are added to or deleted from the Buddies list in ZAC now sync with Mobile ZAC.
