They bring many years of empowering individuals to feel like their best self through movement and mindfulness and are finally bringing their exclusive Pilates inspired methods to you at home.
We meet you wherever you are bringing our signature curated in studio classes right to your fingertips. Whether you feel like taking a full 45 minute class or only have a quick 5 minutes to join us we have it all. Our classes are for all and you’ll move through alongside us with expert instruction and incredible motivation that will leave you feeling revived and euphoric.
Expect a contemporary take on Classical Pilates, with added strength elements and an emphasis on functional movement patterns. Our classes will guide you through a variety of movements that allow you to choose what is meant for your body in the moment. There is always room for modifications and challenges and will be alongside you every step of the way to achieving your goals. The intention is to get you to tune into your body and out of the outside world and take some Off Duty time just for you. Once you step onto your mat you have made it, now it’s time to sweat, heal, recover and feel.
