Open実習生は、外国人技能実習生を受け入れたい日本企業のための実習生マッチング・管理支援アプリです。
実習生と企業が直接やり取りすることにより、コストの削減だけでなく、トラブルのリスク軽減や安心できる就労環境の提供にもつながります。ビザ申請サポート、来日前後の生活支援まで、すべてをアプリ内で完結できます。認可を受けた企業とのマッチングや、専門スタッフによるサポート体制を整え、安心して技能実習に取り組める環境を提供します。

書類作成・応募サポート
履歴書、契約書、ビザ関連書類をすべて自動で管理し、企業側の事務負担を大幅軽減。
ビザ・入国支援
ビザ申請から渡航準備、空港送迎までをトータルにサポート。
来日前の支援
実習生には日本での生活マナー・日本語・制度などの事前教育を実施。出国前に日本での生活マナーや制度、技能実習制度の基本知識などをオンラインで学べます。
来日後の支援
空港送迎、住居・学習の手配、生活サポート、実習中の相談対応、定期フォローなど、実習生が安心して過ごせるよう多方面からサポートします。
Open実習生は、技能実習に必要な手続きを簡単に、効率よく進められるよう設計されています。初めて日本で実習を受ける方でも、アプリを通じてスムーズにご利用できます。
