Supportive Feedback & Review Process: The app enables managers to gather feedback from colleagues and second-level managers to enrich performance evaluations and ratings.
HR Support Access: Employees can easily reach their HR Business Partner or Head HR for any queries, ensuring a collaborative and responsive environment.
This app is designed to promote clarity, accountability, and a structured approach to professional growth within the organization and also provides features to the general public to register as field technicians (aka PEL Khidmat Master), after approval of the request they can work as Field Technicians by resolving complaints nationwide and earning accordingly. And users can also submit registration request as PEL Field Sales Managers, who can then start assisting sell company's appliances to earn incentives.
