1. 62 new exercises — A fresh batch of plyometric exercises has been added to the library, sourced from YouTube video analysis. 2. Filter by new exercises — A "New" chip in the Library lets you quickly browse the latest batch of exercises. New additions also appear at the bottom of the Focus filter list under "Added." 3. Sign in with Google and Apple — You can now create an account and sign in using Google or Apple in addition to email/password. 4. Face ID Sign-In — Email/password accounts can now unlock the app with Face ID. Enable it from the Settings tab, or when prompted at sign-in. 5. Watch on YouTube — YouTube buttons now appear throughout the app: on exercise detail pages, in workout summaries, on your most frequent exercises, and in the weekly/monthly history drill-down. 6. History drill-down — Tap the "This Week" or "This Month" stat cards to see a day-by-day breakdown of your workouts and the exercises you did. 7. Remove All Excludes — A new button in the Library lets you clear all excluded exercises at once. 8. Cleaner history view — Older workout history months are collapsed by default to keep your recent activity front and center.
