The Practicing Excellence app is used by the Clinician Experience Project (CEP) and the Nursing Experience Project (NEP) to deliver video-based coaching tips to physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and care team members. At 5-minutes or less in duration, each coaching tip contains expert guidance and concludes with a “try this challenge.” The app also allows users to track their progress, share comments, and claim continuing education credits.
