Alarm activation issues
It is a horrible system. Doesn’t allow you to see if there is any door or window with sensor left open. Therefore, as soon as you activate the system the alarm goes off because of an open door or window. Then you need to check everywhere to locate the open door or window. This is extremely annoying. As far as I know, all the similar systems give the option of checking all the doors and windows with sensors before activation. Prosegur doesn’t have even this simple option. If I knew that, I wouldn’t have purchased this system. And if there is no improvement soon, I will definitely leave this service. Because instead of making you feel secure, directs you insecurity.
