Fix a migration issue and let you re-import your data saved automatically from the previous version.

Warning If this version shows you no data, the migration process should have saved your data into a csv file. Access this file through iTunes: click on your iPhone then apps tab, and at the bottom of the screen look for Score Maniac and the csv file. Send you this file by email, and select "open with" iPhone's mail option to open it with Score Maniac, all your data should be imported. A new version is coming which will handle this part automatically. Fixed issues with database migration
