SpacePlanner(tm) works with AssetPlanner(tm) to provide qualitative assessments of Assets and Facilities. For Facilities individual spaces such as offices, classrooms, residential units, common areas, can be inventoried and assessed against published standards. SpacePlanner(tm) allows you to capture energy related data such as type and quantity of lights within a space for outdoor lighting such as street lights or lighting within sports venues. Qualitative assessments can be performed on virtually any type of asset such as playground equipment, picnic tables in parks, trails, parking lots Heavy equipment and vehicles. Custom surveys and Program Space types are created within AssetPlanner(tm). Surveys and responses are customizable and weighted scores can be applied to enable a quality score which can be used as another data point for asset planning. Overview Change the text and example in the overview to match the changes to the heading. Space Audits Surveys are broken down in multiple sections depending on the SpacePlanner(tm) Survey configuration in AssetPlanner(tm). An inventory of Program Spaces can also be completed which includes capturing the details of the space such as size, illuminance, window and conformance to standards. Specific data can be captured depending on the space type.
