Fix for a potential issue loading older projects containing Troublemaker in Logic Pro iPad

- Compatibility update for Logic Pro iPad - Some display enhancements for modern device aspect ratios - Minor fixes, compatibility improvements and general housekeeping

Now includes a used, lightly modded, heavily battered Troublemaker unit that has seen better days. Sounds like its circuits are 30 years old and some components have been bypassed or tinkered with. But, hey, you got it for free so who cares? Look for it in your AUv3 plugin folder.

Tackled an issue where suddenly no sound would be produced (issue introduced in iOS 12.3.1)

Added a protection against possible "infinitely-decaying-slide" phenomenon when the synth does not receive a note-off during a sliding note. After 12 consecutive slides or reaching near-silence while sliding, the synth engine will assume something is wrong and reset the amp section for the next note.

Fixed minor bug related to changing session samplerates on the fly
