WatchFit App calculates your daily average over a certain period of time. With this information you can track your daily calorie need.
WatchFit App also calculates the average statistics for workouts, workout types, and resting heart rate. You can completely track your health and workouts with one app and monitor your progress and results.
Notes:
WatchFit App requires access to read your Health Data to calculate the averages and plot the data and statistics. WatchFit App does NOT require writing capabilities to the Health app.
Consumption data:
WatchFit App uses your saved Health Data. To track your consumed calories per time period make sure you use a food tracking app with write access to Health and writing capabilities.
