EAMCO YSMART Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) Software enables Facility Managers to plan, Execute and monitor all activities involved in reactive and planned preventive maintenance, assets management, space and move management, operational facility services and other customer services. Our software application includes YAEMCO YSMART mobile application with different users from End user / Tenant, Client / Landlord and Engineers. End-user/Tenant can create their account through mobile application by registering with simple steps to request any reactive maintenance and able to track the status of all request. Client/Landlord can review and track all the requests submitted from each project. Engineer will be notified and able to access with full details of reactive and planned preventive maintenance assigned from administrator to attend and execute the task. YAEMCO YSMART is designed and developed to ease our communication in between clients and operations department, real time updates, on time reports and etc.
