このアプリは、マンションの理事会など　(または、父兄会、各種組合、各種委員会、学校の部活、幼稚園保母会、保育園保母会)、会合の活動経緯の記録と進捗状況の見える化、および、活動記録をメールでメンバーに配布できる共有機能も備わっています。 活動のカテゴリーや進捗状況は、会合に合わせて初期登録で編集、保存ができます。 活動のリストは、カテゴリー、イベント、進捗状況などで検索してリスト表示できます。 活動は、日付、カテゴリー、イベント、進捗状況、イメージの貼付、　さらに、活動の経緯記録が時系列に追加記録できます。 なお、イベントの入力や活動内容など文章が長い場合は、キーボードのマイクのアイコンをタップして音声入力が使えます。大変効率的な入力ができますのでオススメです。 活動記録や経緯記録を削除したい場合は、リスト上で左にスワイプするとDeleteできます。
