  • App is not working after update

    This was clearly working last version, but after I updated the app it went wrong and not workin.. hope you will fix it

    There app n system has so many issues and even when you try to call them and get help they are really incompetent people Nobody knows anything what they are doing they keep on saying to wait bcoz they don’t have information really I am so disappointed by this and its really embarrassing that the country this good has made something this awful so far worst App and system ever. There technical team and customer staff both lack knowledge and training i don’t know why are they even hired .

    My mother got A1 visa. After that she had to renew their passport. Several attempts to update the new passport information in the visa got failed (showing error when reaching the final submit section). When I contacted them via email and direct call, they repeatedly replied that the matter has been forwarded to their technical team and that they will be in touch. Even after almost a month, the problem has not been resolved or a reply has been received from them.

    I just updated the app and make sure to return to the previous one it’s more complicated and it’s not working hope you test it before make update Second thing hope make it easy to edit while there is difficulties to answer our emails and request Best regards

  • Entry permit not available

    Why even bother investing into Hayya when entry permit has to be issued separately. This is my first FIFA where there is so many different rules and term and conditions. Plz provide a seamless experience with entry permits. Second- after selecting the match ticket option app guides to lusail ticketing where no tickets are linked.

    I CANT even update this app cause it’s telling me something about payment, I kept putting my mobile number and yet and I can’t even update it and I tried to re download but wont let me unless I put a payment method. What is this ??? I even put my number and it won’t even accept?? I am not gonna put credit card information what is going on.
