Accounts Deactivated and No Way Activate Again
Accounts deactivate may be beacuse I was not using the application for 3-4 months in a row. Now they ask to reach customer care, online chat always offline. No other way to communicate back to them.
THE WORST EXCHANGE COMPANY EVER
I don’t recommend to use this company ever. The worst customer service you can imagine, they aren’t answering call nor replying emails.
You will send money with them, the money will not be delivered and you will never know the status of your money.
You can check all their social media pages, all their clients are complaining about the same and the company not bothered to fix the problem nor to reply to the people that crying for their money.
I had a check bounced back and a legal action will be taken against me because they hold the transfer not sent to my bank account back home.
THEY ARE THR WORST EVER
Can not contact any number available for customer service
I used to love this but not any more . Firstly no one picks the call on any available no given second no quick response for customer query . I tried calling , emailing their customer support and evn msgd them on Instagram, gues what no one evn reads ur query instead they have time to post Instagram stories which shows my query is ignored on purpose or it’s just they are lazy . It’s very simple if a customer has a query and you don’t pick ur calls ur nos don’t work no replies to ur Instagram msgs then m really sorry it’s horrible service
