Commercial Bank Mobile Banking uses state of the art security measures. We have added new security measures in the app’s latest version in line with Qatar Central Bank’s regulations. For our users’ convenience, we have provided an option on screen to enter a mobile number if they have trouble receiving the SMS, this can be an international number.
The new CBsafe ID feature introduced within the Mobile App provides additional security protecting customers from fraudulent calls.

I have been using this bank application for quite some time & I have found this very user friendly & easy too with no complications at all while in country & also while travelling to other countries.Just one note of suggestion is that the first landing page after face recognition takes a bit of time more & if there is a possibility to speed up that page it would be highly appreciated.Thank you
Very disappointed with costumer support service

While the CBQ mobile app offers basic functionality for banking, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I encountered an unauthorized transaction on my CBQ credit card due to an online scam. When I visited the branch to report the issue, I had to wait nearly two hours without even being issued a token or proper guidance at the reception.For a major bank, I expected better handling of such sensitive matters, especially concerning fraud. Customer service and issue resolution should be more efficient, especially when clients are trying to report financial losses.I sincerely hope CBQ takes steps to improve in-branch support and streamline the complaint process for critical issues like this.
Cbq mob app is not working..

Hi,Since yesterday on 14th Feb 22 the app stopped working and every time it says there is an error to communicate with server… all work around has been done..uninstall & install again several times, used wifi & mobile data to login… tried to login online banking and checked whether the registration of the device is still valid…etc.. finally I called the bank CC they said there is no issues at all… i am stuck totally stuck and don’t know what to do… please anyone can give me any tips or share their experience would be much appreciated… Many thanks,

It is a great Card which make the life easy on shopping, traveling, paying utility bills and service charges.However, with the Airport Lounge access we’re downgraded at Hamad Airport and being dishonored at airports in other countries. Last Eid Al Adha my Diners Card were rejected at DAC airport and was asked to pay $26 to access it. It was very embarrassing in-front of my companion. I know the quality of that lounge and will give 5/10 thus walked away and went to a regular restaurant. CBQ should have sent e-mail or card holders about this changes, I am now planning to move to other bank where my loyalty is respected. Thanks
