الفكره حلوة وكنا منتظرينها من زمان بس موضوع اللمت ينرفز.. الحمدلله لا عندي قرض ولا ديون ولا مره اصلا تاخرت ف سداد شي ليش اللمت عني بس 1800 ريال بس؟ لا تقولون على حسب حسابك المالي مادري شنو لان انا اصلا ماعندي ولا مره دخلت ف اي التزامات الا مره وحده مع تابي ودفعت بسرعه وراتبي لي ماينخصم منه لقرض او فيزا او اي شي.. ف لا تردون ردكم الي اوردي نعرفه وحاولو تحسنون من الخدمه خلوه مثل تابي اوردي فارضين نظام غرامات وتاخذون إجراءات قانونيه للي مايدفع.. وبعد تقدرون جنسيات معينه تخفضون لها اللمت انا شغاله ف شركه اتصال وجي نسوي.. واخوي عنده اللمت 400 ريال يعني والله ماعرف شقول بس شمفروض يقسط فيها ذي؟ ننتظر التطوير للاحسن وضعنا فقطر هنيه افضل من الدول المجاوره بس برنامج تابي وايد احسن بالمقابلThe idea is great and we’ve been waiting for it for a long time, but the limit issue is really frustrating. Thank God I have no loans or debts, and I’ve never been late on any payment. So why is my limit only 1800 QR? And please don’t give the usual response about it being based on my financial profile or whatever, because I’ve never had any financial commitments except once with Tabby, and I paid it off quickly. My salary isn’t deducted for a loan, credit card, or anything like that. Try improving the service instead. Make it like Tabby; you already have penalties and legal actions in place for non-payment. Also, you can lower the limits for certain nationalities. I work in a telecom company and I know how things go.

To make things worse, Tabby was removed — an app that worked perfectly for me. I made over 10,000 QAR in purchases through Tabby and never missed a single payment. And this is what we’re given instead?There’s no point in introducing a new system if it can’t even match what we previously had, let alone improve it. Being told the limit will increase based on purchases and repayments feels like a push for people to spend more than they actually need, just for a chance at a slightly higher limit sometime in the future. And even then, how much more are we talking — 500 QAR after months?If the limit is being set based on nationality, that’s incredibly unfair. A proper system would request a bank statement or salary certificate and give limits based on actual financial standing, not assumptions.This whole rollout feels poorly thought out and frustrating, especially for loyal users who had a seamless experience with Tabby. Please take this feedback seriously and reconsider how limits are determined.

This app is a joke. After going through a long and tiring verification process, I realized the following:1.Many of the stores listed in the app aren’t actually part of it. When you visit them, they have no idea about the app.2.The credit limit system makes no sense. They gave me a 400 QAR limit—yes, just 400 QAR—so I’m supposed to split that over four payments? That’s ridiculous! They say the limit will increase if you use the app frequently and responsibly, but does that mean I have to keep buying things I don’t need just to prove I deserve a higher limit? What kind of logic is that? Instead of being helpful, it just feels like a joke.Side note: This is exactly why Tabby was removed from the competition. If Tabby were still around, no one would bother with this app.
