Very good app but still need improvement

I send a lot of money to my country it is very good, usually bu second transportation may ten minutes can pick up but sometimes a few days still not, and right now they have some difficulty technical digital service after I send money when I check the website, but they don’t have any alarm inside the app.

Unnecessary verification. Poor management

Would never recommend this to my family or friends. Literally called them 25 times, for holding my amount and needed the receivers (Identity card), and had to wait for 60+ mins every time they transferred my call. I called the Western Union in my country and asked is there is any verification required of my receivers, and they said NO. But after I made the transaction I got an email about the amount to be hold by Western Union, and for almost 7 days I literally called them everyday! It was an urgent transaction. Would never ever use this again, hopefully you fix your problems. You could just ask the receivers information before making the transaction. 👎🏻

Can be better

I do not deny the ease and practicality of your application however, it would be great to have the reasons of rejection of any transaction right away so we don’t just guess, is it due to exceeding the quota, or wrong pin, or whatever reason may be.
