Helps a Lot—When It Works

I’ve been using Block App for a while now, and overall, it’s been really helpful in keeping me focused and away from distractions. The interface is clean and easy to use, and when it works, it definitely helps build better habits. I love the feature where you can stop changing the time or deleting the app to stop getting distracted.However, there are times when it doesn’t block the apps I’ve selected, which can be a bit frustrating—especially when I’m relying on it to stay productive. If that issue gets fixed, it would easily be a 5-star app.Still worth trying if you’re looking to reduce screen time!

# New Schedule recap See how much time you can get back with the settings you picked for schedule or how many focus hours you’ll gain each week by blocking distractions. # Improved schedule edit during Strict Mode Tightening your blocking rules is now more flexible. You can adjust days and times freely and revert changes before saving, without needing to cancel your edits. # AppBlock is now lighter We’ve significantly reduced the app’s size. AppBlock now takes up less space on your device, and future updates will download faster. # Pause refresh We made the Pause screen easier to understand and use with new time picker and presets. --- And as always bug fixes and other tweaks. For example we fixed app selection on iOS 26.1.
