Base64 Encode Decode Offline is a developer scratchpad built for what you actually paste: blobs copied from logs and terminals. The decoder handles URL-safe alphabets, missing padding and line-wrapped pasted text, auto-detects whether you meant encode or decode, and rejects garbage rather than silently returning nonsense. URL decoding is byte-accurate, so a leading BOM or odd byte is preserved rather than being quietly stripped. Everything renders in a proper monospaced typeface.
