　本BNP⇄NT-proBNP推測値換算アプリの作成するために、正常から重症心不全までの幅 広い約10,000例を用いて、BNPとNT-proBNPを同時に測定し、推測値換算式を作成しまし た。NT-proBNPからBNP、また逆にBNPからNT-proBNPを、腎機能であるeGFRと肥満度 に影響する身長・体重を入力することで推算することが可能となります。また、推測され た値をより正確にするために、ある個人において、同時に測定したBNPとNT-proBNP値が 一点存在すれば、その値からよりその個人に正確な推測値を求める機能も加味しておりま す。 日頃の心不全医療、特にネプリライシン阻害薬であるサクビトリル・バルサルタン(ARNI) 使用時の内因性のBNPの推測にお役立ていただければ幸いです。 【安全性について】 本アプリは、２つの臨床検査の値の変換専用に開発されたものであり、本アプリによる変換された値は、医師の診断とは異なるものです。値の解釈に疑義のある場合には、専門医師にご相談ください。本アプリによる健康被害、および機器破損に対しては補償できません。
