Description

The i-net HelpDesk is the service management solution for SMEs. Suitable for internal support, an ITIL service desk or ticketing system for the external customer support.

This app is specifically designed for supporters during mobile use. They can thus be directly at the customer site and view support tickets. You can also define your own filters to see precisely the tickets you need and perform actions on these tickets such as Close or Edit.

i-net HelpDesk Mobile 2.0 is the successor app and has been rewritten from scratch with the latest Apple technologies. It will be continually receiving new features and improvements in the coming weeks and months.

・Show ticket lists as defined by ticket views - a new concept for dynamically generating ticket lists based on filters
・Log in as Supporter or Dispatcher
・Access to jobs according to configured rights
・Display details of the orders, including the processing steps
・Display of formatted text in the processing steps
・Preview of Requests
・View and export ticket attachments
・Perform actions on Requests such as Close or Edit
・Set a due date or an effort estimation for ticket actions

To use the mobile i-net HelpDesk you need a wireless- or internet-connection (eg via VPN) to reach your i-net HelpDesk server.

You can try the mobile i-net HelpDesk simple and free. We offer you a demo instance on the internet that can be selected in the app at startup.

If you want to test your own i-net HelpDesk server internally, and with your data, you can download the software for free from our website www.inetsoftware.de/de/helpdesk. This server license will be limited to 60 days and has no restrictions during this period.
