Unfortunately, my experience with this app was disappointing.There is no phone support, and all complaints are handled only through messages, without a fair or effective resolution, despite providing photo evidence.The accommodation was not suitable upon check-in, and I was forced to stay only for a few hours due to having children and the need for basic facilities. However, the full night was still charged and compensation was refused.I hope the app improves its customer support and dispute resolution process.
