Hi! I ordered a Birkenstock yesterday May 30,2020. I thought it would take a week due to this pandemic, but to my surprise they called me this morning May 31, 2020 and told me they will deliver my order! That was so fast! But the thing is that they are only accepting credit card. It’s better if they can also accept debit card. But anyway, thank you 6th Street Qatar! Will definitely order again!

I wish I read such a comment before I dealt with this app. This is the worst online shopping experience ever. Take care guys, you may get good stuff, but if you are unlucky (as what happened to me) and get low-quality stuff (looks like a copy item and not original), you may not have the chance to return or refund (although it has an icon say easy return!!!!) - Unprofessional way to reply to emails - don't bother to give a call to know the issue I don't know how this app got 4.7 stars here, but to see what I mean; visit the Facebook page and read the feedback there. The app has 2.7 out of 5 on Facebook (which is still high in my opinion compared to the way they reply to their emails). This is the first time I complained about anything online. You can imagine what they did to drive me to do this. Another proof, see the auto-reply they will add as. Won’t refund me after returning item

I have been a regular customer of 6th street app. What mostly mattered to me is the return process and the refund policy. It seemed to be easy and straightforward.However, I have been trying nonstop to get a 201 Qar refund, for three months (since February 2024). I called more than four times and sent two emails, all in vain. They were trying to blame my bank and made me go back and forth between them and the bank and still no money back.It is not a matter of money for me, it is more a matter of trust. I have removed the application from my phone and it doesn’t matter anymore whether I get the refund or not.I hope this helps you check whether your refunds request have been processed or not. Go check and make sure you are on the safe side.

I have purchased many items from this app and I kept using it for years however recently it becomes very bad. Many times they send me the wrong sizes and many times they cancel my order after confirmation and deduction of money from my card claiming that the items are not available, so why you confirm it from beginning and why you cancel the order without asking me first for replacing th item or taking a gift card instead of wasting 10-15 days keeping my money with you until you refund it to my card. This happened many times and although I’ve called the customer service many, they still can’t help they are useless. I stopped dealing with this app and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
