Prior to application update everything was running smoothly, order was not taking much time to deliver (within half an hour) now after application update order take hours and you need to call and remind of your order, it’s no more express, it’s very slow, in this way I think the very good reputation you got it , will be lostNew update took place before 2 weeks and still not improved. If I could give less than one star, I would. This app deserves a rating lower than the minimum. I ordered from them last year, and there was an issue, so I swore I wouldn’t order again. But after a year, I decided to give them another chance, hoping they had improved. Unfortunately, their customer service is still terrible, the staff are unprofessional, and the delivery is below standard. The level of service and delivery is so bad; it’s unbelievable. I placed my order at 12:30 AM, and it didn’t arrive until 7 AM. They were banging on the door, coming from a different entrance. Do they not realize people are sleeping? If I wanted my order in the morning, I would’ve placed it then. When you call them at night, at 2 AM, they put you on hold for 15 minutes or even half an hour like it’s no big deal. Honestly, you could just go to the supermarket yourself and get what you want instead of using this app. They have only one customer service line, and just one person answering calls. So if there are ten calls, who knows when they’ll get to yours? Seriously, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone, and I won’t use it again. If I hear any of my friends using it, I’ll tell them to delete it immediately. No apology, no follow-up calls—they don’t care. They just say, “Sorry, we’re busy, there’s a delay,” but they don’t even bother to call you back. In the morning, they call saying, “Your order is at the door; do you want it or not?” claiming they were too busy. Do you still want it or not?

خدمة ممتازة وتعامل محترم من الموظفين عالتلفون وبحاولوا جهدهم يساعدوك في حالة عدم توفر شي مطلوب. طلبت اكثر من مرة ونادر ما يكون شيء معروض على التطبيق غير متوفر. الاسعار جيدة والتوصيل مجاني وسريع جداً ومتوفر ٢٤ ساعة. التطبيق فيه مشاكل بسيطة من ناحية الشكل ولكن فعال وسريع وخاصية البحث فيه جيدة جداً، كلمتهم عن الموضوع ووعدوني انه في تحسينات على الشكل قريبا. Great service and nice staff. The app design isn't the best in terms of aesthetics, but it is pretty effective especially the search function. They have a very wide collection on the their app, and the order is prepared and delivered very quickly. It is also 24/7 home delivery which is amazing to me! Several grocery stores has 24 hrs delivery but none of them will have as wide selection or as fresh veggies/fruits if you order late in the day.

This is a terrible app and I’ll explain why on 19 December 2023 I placed an order it’s the shop called Goga Store it’s an electronic store. I saw a mouse and keyboard it was wireless and white. They were selling it for 7qr then I purchased it. I received a phone call after 10 minutes saying sorry sir. This is out of stock and I need it for a friend birthday. I said OK I’ll wait. They said tomorrow it will be here I placed an order the day after they said sorry sir inventory we don’t have in stock I say OK even though I missed a present for my friends birthday and I feel sad for him the third day I call they say we don’t have it I get mad I tried calling the store and they won’t answer me today I ordered it they say sorry again we have inventory. This isn’t my problem. And if I don’t recieve what I ordered there will be bigger problems
