Profile problems

When i want to change my profile it said “take a pic” there is no more “take a picture from your picture library” i want to take the pictures from my library I don’t know what is it called please put it back

Really Thx too much for Utube but I would like only to direct attention to one thing that is the Copywriting or Copy-write Strikes & Copy-write Claims : I see that for any minor thing in creative art work : an immediate , unnecessary Copyright Strike or Copy-write Claim appears ! a thing that makes me sad, depressed wanting for to not to continue my art hoppy creations. for example: I’m a doctor & I don’t play any instrumentals of music tools & I have to spare time to study music but I like singing by talent only , a thing that is very native in me since childhood I was crazy of singing but unfortunately stopped by my parents, school mates & all people then this crazily beloved hoppy emerged now when I’m already old & on any chance to sing I resort to use music from free music stores or stores that I thought-innocently that it’s free but unfortunately not : when I used to use it to sing karaoke: immediately my created song was stopped & a copy-write strike occurred. Then I resorted to sing without music to avoid legal problems & I used my voice only & backgrounds : again copyright strikes & copyright claims again ! & I think it wouldn’t be good looking if I stand to sing & only a wall behind me ! . So : please I hope for your nice , good consideration & understanding because really now I’m too much worried to use any karaoke music or any photo backgrounds sceneries for fear of closing my site . Thank you very much again & sorry for long .
