The order is completely different from the pictures!! The flowers are much smaller in size than shown, and there are no purple flowers as displayed in the images!!! The cake is very bad, and the teddy bear is a very dark brown color — totally different from the pictures!! Had I known the order would turn out to be so disappointing and different, I would never have chosen Flowers! I made the mistake of giving an excellent rating before the recipient sent me the photos, because I trusted the quality of your work — unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. I will not deal with you again due to the lack of credibility! The amount paid is exaggerated for what was actually delivered. I want to speak directly with the manager about this very disappointing mistake.” الطلب مختلف تماماً عن الصور!! حجم الورد أصغر بكثيييير من الصوره مع عدم وجود الورد البنفسجي كما ورد في الصور!!!!!! الكيك سيئ جداً ولون الدبدوب بني غامق جداً ومختلف تماماً عن الصور!! لو كنت أعلم بأن الطلب سيأتي مهتلف ومخيب لما اخترت فلاورز أبدددداً!!! وأخطأت وأعطيت تقييم ممتاز قبل أن يرسل لي المستلم الصور لاني كنت أثق بجودة شغلكم مع الأسف ولن أتعامل معكم مره أخرى لعدم المصداقيه!!! والمبلغ مبالغ فيه بالنسبه لما أرسلتم وأريد التحدث مع المسؤول المباشر عن هذا الخطأ المخيب وعلى الاغلب ان من قام بتجهيز الكيك والورد مبتدئ!!! يجب ان تضعو خانه للصور لنبعث لكم الكارثه التي ارسلتوها!!!

Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service

I had a very disappointing experience with Floward. I ordered flowers for an important occasion, but what I received was in terrible condition — wilted, dry, and far from what I expected. Despite contacting customer service multiple times and providing clear evidence (including photos), they refused to offer a full refund, which is my right under Qatar’s Consumer Protection Law. Instead, they insisted on only offering store credit or a partial refund, which I found unfair.Their handling of the situation was unprofessional, and they refused to escalate my complaint to higher management. I do not recommend this service if you’re looking for reliable quality and customer support.I’m sharing this review to warn others about my experience. I hope Floward takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.

am extremely disappointed with Floward Egypt.I placed an order to send flowers and chocolates to someone very dear to me who had just undergone a medical procedure and was recovering in the hospital. The timely delivery of this gift meant a lot.More than 24 hours passed without any update. When I finally contacted customer service myself, I was told that the flowers and chocolate combination was unavailable. The most frustrating part is that no one from Floward contacted me to inform me or offer an alternative. They simply left the order pending and expected the customer to chase them.This level of service is unacceptable, especially when the order is intended for a hospital patient where timing is everything. A company that markets itself as a premium gifting service should have proactive communication and basic customer care.Sadly, this will be my last time choosing Floward. I cannot recommend a service that fails to communicate when it matters most.
