The Intapp application provides secure mobile access to Intapp’s leading solutions: DealCloud, Time, and Risk & Compliance (Intake and Conflicts).
The DealCloud product helps users stay on top of their day-to-day tasks while out of office, providing access to information beyond just what's available at your desk, with dashboards, views, and template reports optimized for on-the-go consumption.
Time in the Intapp mobile app serves as a companion app to Time Web that enables AI-powered intelligent timekeeping on the go. Enter time accurately in seconds using Dictation and Quick Add*. Ask Intapp* to obtain intelligent insights, figures, or activity summaries. Combine Siri and biometrics to get from authentication to accurately save compliant time entries in seconds. Create more Compliant Narratives using Fix Restricted Words** directly from the Time Entry Form, and enter time from anywhere on-the-go using Offline Mode and Conflict Resolution regardless of your internet connection. Access to Time Web is not required. To coordinate your firm's enablement, raise a support ticket at https://support.intapp.com/ requesting that Time in Intapp Mobile is enabled for your tenant, and specifying the tenant(s) where these changes are to be made.
The Intapp Risk & Compliance solution makes it easy to manage client requests and related workflows, review and resolve conflicts reports, initiate conflicts quick search, and access client and matter data.
This app requires access to an existing DealCloud, Time, or Risk & Compliance cloud environment.

This update introduces several enhancements to the Intapp Time mobile experience, refer to the Intapp Mobile 2603 Release Notes for additional information:
- Updated conflict resolution logic now aligns with the Intapp Time Web experience. Users can resolve discrepancies when time entries are edited, released, or deleted across multiple platforms simultaneously.
- The timesheet totals summary is now available in both Day and Week views. By default, the totals summary includes categories for unreleased, released, converted, billable, non-billable, and pro-bono time. Daily totals are also represented by circular progress trackers in the date picker like in Time Web.
- When operating in Offline Mode, Quick Add automatically transitions to Smart Memo, enabling natural language time entry creation. The feature reverts to Quick Add once connectivity is restored.
- Quick Add* and Ask Intapp* now support multiple languages, including English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, and Portuguese. AI-generated narratives and responses now reflect the detected input language.
- Users can now view group entries in the Day and Week views by client, matter, or release status.
- Added support for the Admin mrufields setting to prioritize Most Recently Used (MRU) code lists.
- Users will now receive a warning when opening a time entry form if they are approaching or have reached their daily hour limit, as defined by the daymax admin setting.
- Dictated text is now inserted at the user-selected cursor location rather than the end of the existing text.
