PoundWise helps remind you that even useful meetings cost money, by helping you estimate how much they cost. Set the average cost of your participants (you can probably get a useful figure from your finance person), set the number of people there, and go! You can also get a reminder of when you are approaching important amounts of spending by setting spending thresholds.
