PrecastX is a concrete maturity monitoring platform designed for precast manufacturers, ready-mix producers, and construction teams.
It connects wirelessly to PX-Sens temperature sensors and PX-Base gateway devices using Bluetooth to collect real-time thermocouple readings, ambient temperature, and humidity data during the curing process.
Key features
Real-time sensor monitoring
View live temperature and humidity data from up to three thermocouple channels per sensor. The system also provides automatic strength estimates based on concrete maturity.
Project and product management
Organize work by project and track individual precast products such as beams, columns, slabs, and other elements. Log activities with photos, mix designs, formwork details, and slump values.
Reading sessions
Start timed recording sessions, attach photos, assign probe placements, and review results through interactive charts. Reports can be exported when needed.
Offline data and sync
If a sensor operates without a cloud connection, the data is stored on the device and synced through Bluetooth once a connection is available again.
Notifications and alerts
Set temperature and humidity limits and receive alerts when values go beyond the defined thresholds so you can respond quickly.
Team collaboration
Create organizations, invite team members, and manage roles. Everyone on the team can access the same projects, products, and sensor data.
Device management
Discover nearby devices, check battery and signal status, update firmware, and export raw sensor data for deeper analysis.
Multilingual support
Available in English and Turkish, with language preferences synced across devices.
PrecastX requires PX-Sens or PX-Base hardware to capture sensor data. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email to get started.
