This app operates alongside QFM CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) software; you will need your QFM username and password to use the system.

-Improved handling and communication of attachments allowing users to send a large number of attachments of varying sizes.
-Ability to remove barcode/QR code prefixes for assets which would normally be too long to be used in QFM.
-Configuration changes enabling Operative assignment defaults can be set for New Events and Return Visits.

Event Sub-tasks can now be raised on the QFM app with Event Types which differ from the parent Event.
Workflow Enhancements for New Events Raised on the QFM App
Configuaration enhancements provide the option for new Events raised on the QFM app, to bypass the standard ‘Express Event’ workflow and instead be automatically set to other initial Event Statuses, e.g. Reported, Notified etc.
Pre-selection of Contractor/Operative for New Events Raised on the QFM App
New Events raised by on-site operatives using the QFM app, can now be automatically assigned to a default Contractor/Operative.
