I love how rafeeq handles my order, they are professional and decent, they are always sending discount codes to me every month, even though sometimes they are late, but the way the customer service handles the issue is brilliant, they are very polite and supportive, once i had my order from KFC late for almost an hour and a half, so i called the customer service and they apologized to me for the delay and they refunded the amount to my account and they delivered the order to me !!

Worst App for online grocery orders
From my experience today this is the worst app I’ve ever used to order online groceries.
The order was delivered from other corner of the country after 6-8 hours whilst on app it keeps showing 2 hrs. The worst part is that the more than 8 items have been missing from the list and yet they charged full price in cash and the horrible delivery guy was very rude and aggressive, was even lazy to bring bags upstairs and kept making excuses and ran away with the cash without returning my 50 QR. when I called the customer care they only kept the phone on waiting and at the same time deducting more than 17 QR from my credit.
In short thank you Rafeeq for this cheap service I will never order from you.
