Controls stay in the reader; a mini-player appears when you leave and disappears when you return. • Highlight and add notes to the daily Gospel using the familiar Bible reading tools. • Read Aloud, recorded audiobooks, challenge audio, and audio playlists now require Scholar or higher. Premium and lifetime Premium keep text and browser reading access; prayer recordings and course audio are unchanged.

Open a novena from its prayer dates and return to the same month. • Set novena reminders directly below Begin or Continue. • Finishing a chapter with Read Aloud now marks it complete, including through optional reading sync. • Open Daily Rule activities by tapping the whole card, without the optional timer screen. Completion checkmarks remain separate. • Enjoy clearer spacing around the audio player and in-app announcements.

Your reading, across screens. • Read in your browser with eligible Premium, lifetime Premium, or Scholar access. • Keep your place, notes, highlights, and bookmarks together with optional reading sync. • Turn pages and browse chapters without interrupting Read Aloud. • Discover English works by Cajetan and John of St. Thomas in the U.S. Library, now using the normal app reader with notes, highlights, bookmarks, quote sharing, and eligible Read Aloud. • Enjoy more stable browser reading without periodic page clearing. An internet connection is required to open the two U.S. editions. Connect your account in Account & backup to set up browser access and choose whether to enable backup and sync.

Keep your reading with you. Connect Google or Apple and choose Enable backup & sync to protect your saved data and keep book and Bible notes, highlights, bookmarks, and reading progress consistent across devices. Reading sync is selected by default, with optional customization. Edits and deletions sync automatically without manual conflict review. Make Refugia your own with customizable Home cards and navigation. Enjoy improved iPad reading, landscape two-page layouts, keyboard page turning, and smoother read-aloud chapter transitions. Share passages with more styling options and clear book-title and author attribution. This update also includes normalized Bible references, reading-plan navigation fixes, and other reader refinements.

Discover public writing in Refugia Scholar. Browse recent or popular articles, search by keyword, and share article links with anyone. Scholar Plus and Max members can write and publish with source citations. Reader ratings, reports, author blocking, and publication safety checks help keep the community useful. Reader improvements include passage notes and highlights, sticky-note markers, smoother navigation across chapters, and a paper-style reading theme. Premium members can also choose alternate app icons.

Discover your next read with personalized library suggestions and a short reading quiz. • Share selected passages directly from books, Scripture, and daily Gospel readings. • Browse the previous and next day’s Gospel. • Personalize your app colors and fine-tune your Daily Rule, including your spiritual reading book. • Use a steadier reader options panel, with Light, Sepia, and Dark themes that display correctly during audio playback. • Enjoy improved navigation and Scholar access. • Manage optional usage reporting and delete your linked Scholar account from Privacy & Analytics. Includes the redesigned library, curated collections, and screen-fitted reading experience introduced in version 3.5.

Your saved progress, projects, and existing features remain in place.

• Save Scholar reading plans, track each completed assignment, and resume from a Continue card. • Choose focused 3-, 7-, 14-, or 30-day guided plans. • Report an irrelevant assigned reading directly from its plan. • Recent Scholar searches now persist between sessions. • Improved audiobook chapter tracking and tap-to-return navigation, plus custom audio playlists. • Redesigned Home and Lock Screen widgets and clearer prayer-streak completion. • Faster first-scroll performance and navigation fixes throughout Refugia and Scholar.
