Update code and bugs fixed.

Squashed an annoying bug found by one of our happy users

We updated the sounds (abc/123 in USA accent now), sprayed the bug killer around, added printing of completed lessons- requires AirPrint compatible printer (see settings 'Prompt for printing completed lessons' as optional), made the app more iOS7 friendly and did a general tidy up.

This upgrade includes these changes: * Home stickies, now with parental gates, are 'on' by default. These can be hidden via the settings and the app can be locked via our 4 digit PIN system to enable users to hide them completely. Note that this app uses an advanced 4 digit PIN system and when used in conjunction with our parental gates, offers the highest level of parental control available. * Checked encouragements are 'off' by default * Added options to hide text after tracing is completed for number/letters and words
