Worst customer Service
Extremely Disappointed with Lulu Bin Mahmoud Qatar Customer Service
I’ve had consistently poor experiences with the customer service at Lulu Bin Mahmoud, Qatar. The staff repeatedly provide the same lazy excuse: “The money will be transferred in 3 or 4 days.” In today’s era of instant digital banking, this kind of outdated and careless response is simply unacceptable.
There is a serious lack of urgency, accountability, and professionalism in how they handle customer concerns. Delays are brushed off without any real explanation or effort to resolve the issue quickly. This reflects a broken system and a customer service culture that clearly does not value time or trust.
I strongly advise others to avoid using this app or service until they upgrade their operations and actually start respecting their customers
