A Note for Power Users: Due to the way macOS reports hardware status, the app excels at showing negotiated USB speeds. For high-speed protocols like Thunderbolt and USB4, the app identifies the connection and its maximum potential speed. For the same reason, some complex devices that use protocol tunneling (like certain RAID arrays or docks) may not appear in the device list if they don't present themselves on the USB bus.
