Every time when I try to open YONO it asks for my net banking Id and password. I have already set easy pin access but next time I open it’s asks for user Id and password
It’s okay to check balances but nothing else.
I tried to make investments. Error. I tried to lodge a complaint. Don’t work. I tried to check status of complaint. Doesn’t work. Had to update my profile twice to get it correct.
This is not to undermine the efforts of developers but to identify the flaws so can be rectified.
Just want it to work the way it is supposed to.
Doesn’t open at all
I am trying to open the application but it doesn’t even open, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that doesn’t work either.
Do something about it!
