Submit Ticket As Solved

How to set the ticket as solved? There is no such option like the web portal? I mean how to submit it as Solved? Pls answer

Hi, In order to submit a ticket as Solved please go to the ticket Properties (See all) and change the status. Once you Submit a ticket all the changes will be applied.
