Iti aducem coletul direct la usa sau poti alege sa il ridici chiar tu din unul din magazinele ALTEX. Poti salva oricand produsele dorite in sectiunea wishlist si le poti urmari disponibilitatea. Bug fix needed
The app works perfectly fine 80% of the time BUT once per day it randomly logs me out of my account and I can’t log back in or view any type of category/product.
It’s happening for over 2 weeks now and it’s really annoying.
After an undetermined period, it’s back to normal and I’m logged in to my account without logging in. It’s just like I haven’t been logged out at all.
Very unplesant experience
I used the application to order a coffee machine with a 15% discount only from the application. The order was 1092 ron and the confirmation was 1299. After a few calls, Altex offers a voucher with the difference which was not delivered after a few days. My expectation was to pay what I saw during the order not to ask for more money.

Salut! Daca ai nevoie de asistenta, colegii din customer service iti stau la dispozitie, fie telefonic, fie prin formularul de contact de pe site. Speram totusi ca aplicatia functioneaza bine pe device-ul tau. Cu prietenie, Echipa Altex.
Stop automatically logging out my account!
The application is great. The only thing I hate and it’s something unacceptable, the fact that once per week or so, it logs me out of my account, so I need to get my complicated password in, and it’s a hassle… please fix that, since the app was launched no one thought this is a high priority issue?
