It has the speed and quality of an app developed by 13 year olds, but the price of top apps. It stops mid watch, you cannot for dear life lose internet connection for a second because you’ll have to close the app and open again to continue watching, you don’ have options to unsubscribe or use a voucher, nothing.

You need to improve the performance of this god forsaken app. It costs as much as hbo go or other platforms and it is absolutely preposterous. It stops the videos, it doesn’t load back, it s like I am using a third party to view an episode. I swear I have never used such an unfortunate app. Who is developing this? The app on my phone gives me access to authorize a tv and when I want to use a tv it displays that I am connected to a different device. I am paying for this!!! Is this for real? Cast doesn’t work at all, if I attempt to cast from my phone it says again that I am connected to a different device. Which is not true. How the hell is this even possible? What type of product is this? Where did you hire the devs from?

This app is by far the worst streaming platform I’ve ever used. The experience is nothing short of frustrating. Videos crash randomly, and when you try to resume, surprise! It jumps to the end instead of where you left off. Even worse, the progress bar is unreliable—it often disappears, leaving you to guess where you stopped. For shows like Asia Express for some series, episodes are bizarrely intertwined with podcasts, making it chaotic to navigate. For the Continue Watching feature on the home page, good luck remembering what you were last watching, especially since the app randomly forgets your progress altogether. When you open the app, it freezes for several seconds—a horrible first impression every single time. And if you think the mobile app is bad, the Samsung Smart TV app is somehow even worse. It lacks most of the already-missing features and feels completely unfinished. Antena Play is a waste of money and time. Save yourself the headache and look for alternatives. This is the absolute worst streaming experience available.

I am very disappointed with Antena Play. The app often doesn’t work for days, especially when there are popular live events like Asia Express or football games. The livestream only shows the loading spinner and never starts. This is extremely frustrating as a paying user. It seems the platform cannot handle high traffic, which makes it unreliable exactly when people want to watch the most. Please fix your servers and ensure stable streaming during peak times, otherwise the service is not worth the subscription.
